Capital One: EnO
digital awareness campaign
Capital One came to us wanting to promote their new product, Eno: an intelligent assistant that’s always looking out for customers and their money. Eno can do everything from pay your credit card bill, to send you fraud alerts, to give you a heads up if you’ve been mistakenly charged twice for something. Oh, and all of this takes place via text. Emojis and all 💸.
bringing humanity
to banking
To highlight Eno’s key product features while bringing its emotional intelligence to life, we built our campaign within a universe of our own making—a place where customers can go about their lives while Eno looks out for their money in the background.
subverting customer expectations
Because Eno is the antithesis to the stodgy old banker, we created a world that reflected this stance while still remaining true to the Capital One master brand. Spots were visually arresting with a wink of quirkiness that drove home the humanity behind the AI.
telling the bigger story
In addition to awareness campaign content, we were asked to create something for the larger tech community that could tell the full Eno story beyond its features (because it’s kind of an awesome story). With more time to work with, the vision video demonstrated how Eno brings humanity to banking, all while making quick and funny sense of some pretty complex subjects.
