Tostitos had a perception problem. Canadians saw the brand as strictly Tex-Mex fare, but with Canada’s evolving palate, we set out to prove the #1 tortilla chip was actually a blank canvas for global flavors. So we teamed up with Chef Susur Lee—culinary icon, fusion master, and TikTok star—to launch the Tostitos Tasting Window in Toronto and Vancouver, inviting Canadians to experience bold, multicultural flavors firsthand.

Inspired by the wine windows of Florence, we invited Canadians to ring the bell and sample three delicious bites crafted by Chef Lee. Each bite showcased a multicultural dip paired with a Tostitos chip, from Miso Ginger Tofu to Indonesian Sambal Onion Cashew.
